Elizabeth Fluharty, Founder and Circus Mom
Founded in April 2015 by aerialist and professional performer, Elizabeth Fluharty, Mountain Shadows Aerial Silks began with a single six-week introductory class. Today, it has grown into a full progressive curriculum offering 15 sections of aerial silks classes for youth and adults. The impact on the community has been profound: many students describe their time in the silks as “the best part of their week.”
A Progressive Program

Performance Opportunities
Performance opportunities for intermediate and advanced youth and adults in an annual student showcase and as part of collaborative productions with Springs Dance.
